The space is made up of a house from the Arab period, an orchard and a spectacular garden with a wide avenue of three walkways bordered by large plane trees, a large 18th century pergola and spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountain range.
Its façade is the work of Joan d’Aragó, architect and retablist, with a beautiful bronze-plated door, two elliptical windows and a Baroque frame made of reddish local stone. The house also has a beautiful art ceiling dating from 1170 made of pine and holm oak wood.
On the ground floor you will find the Sala Gran, with a wainscot depicting images of Palma and other towns; the Sala de l’Alcova, with walls covered in yellow damask; the Sala de la Cadira, with engravings, musical instruments and neoclassical busts; and the dining room, with a wooden wainscot.
