Who has never dreamed of their marriage proposal in Tenerife? Well, this dream could become a reality in paradise, taking place on the seashore with spectacular views from the hotel del Duque, a hotel recreating a former Canarian villa.
This is how it worked out for this couple whose future bride was surprised by her fiancé with an intimate dinner, isolated and enjoying the tranquility of a dinner on the side of the Atlantic Ocean at sunset. A natural and idyllic environment in this oasis, from which you can observe the palm trees, the sea and the calmness of the water, perfect when the moment comes for the future groom to kneel down.
A holiday marriage proposal in Tenerife
A dinner full of flavors from all around the world, enjoying dishes from varied nationalities such as Japanese, Canarian, Italian… made by the chef Juan Miguel Cabrera, which gave a very important role to the different aromas and flavors so that they could make the moment unforgettable.
The couple enjoyed a very classical decoration, whose predominant tone was white and blended with the white wood of the small temple combined with the rustic wood of the chairs accompanied by a salmon-tone cushion.
The table for the proposal dinner featured symbolical flowers which had been placed in the center on little flower vases: a white rose accompanied by a bouquet of peonies in pink tones, white tulips with small green leaves and two minimalist candles, one of them placed on the golden arch.
The style chosen by the bride for his very special day was an elegant and simple white dress which stopped above the knees with a black belt around the waist. For the shoe wear, she had chosen beige heels.
As for the hairstyle, the future bride opted for a semi-attached hairstyle with waves. The hair, in turn, was also held by an elegant hairpin accompanied by some flowers that fit perfectly with the environment and decoration. This fabulous result was made possible by Tony, a hairdresser and stylist living on the island.
It’s also worth to note the jewelry chosen by the fiancée, necklace assorted to the earrings and ring, as well as a very simple make up which put forward her beautiful traits.
