We take care of absolutely everything
The day of the proposal is a day of a lot of stress, nerves, emotions running high… Especially for the guy who is going to propose.
That is why we take care of everything so that it turns out exactly as you had dreamed it: we hire the professionals who will be part of the big moment, we choose the location, we decorate the place, etc. And we always take into account the client’s opinion so that everything is to your liking.
So, the person in charge of kneeling down only has to ask the question and get “yes”!
All professionals will be on location beforehand
Whatever time we arrange to meet for the proposal, all our professionals will arrive early to the scene of the big moment.
The decorator is usually there about an hour before, to set up the whole place: flowers, candles, letters, blackboards, cushions, champagne… whatever you want!
Other professionals, the photographer, the videographer, the violinist (or the musician of your choice) will be at the venue half an hour beforehand.
All of them will be on time and ready to make sure your proposal goes off without a hitch!
We recognise you as soon as we see you
Yes, and to avoid mistakes, we always ask the couple to send us a photo of themselves, to give us a description of themselves and, above all, to tell us how they are going to be dressed.
We do this because, if it is a place with a lot of people, this way all the professionals will know where you are and will recognize you from the first moment. All of them will be on their toes so that as soon as they see you, the music will start playing, the flashes will start firing and the video will start recording.
That’s why it’s always better to get to know each other first!
You will receive our live location
Yes, also half an hour before, our coordinator will send you the exact location of the place where everything is set up.
Of course, the person who is going to propose already knows the place beforehand, but we still send you the exact location so that there are no mistakes and the bride and groom arrive at the place where everyone is waiting for the couple.
Now it’s time to immortalize this moment
When the couple is getting closer, the photographer starts to fire the flash. However, sometimes the groom doesn’t want the bride to suspect anything until they are in the exact spot, so they ask us to hide the photographer.
However, we do not advise this, as the photographer may miss important scenes. We therefore recommend that the photographer starts taking pictures in plenty of time so that every second is immortalized, as well as the videographer. We don’t want you to miss such an important memory!
It should be noted that when the couple arrives at the beautiful scene of the proposal, the groom has to stand right in front of the decorations, the letters, etc. so that he has his back to the photographer and so that he can get the photos with the emotions, surprise and happiness that his girlfriend will experience at that moment.

It’s time to enjoy!
When the bride has already said yes, it’s time for our coordinator to hand over the bouquet of flowers to the bride and start taking their newly engaged photos.
If you have chosen the picnic option, it is also time to sit down and enjoy the food and have a toast with champagne.
Afterward there is also the possibility to take a stroll around the venue to continue taking photos in the park, on the beach or wherever the proposal is. To have more photos to remember!
We always try to have the photos of the proposal within a week at the most, and the video usually takes about 10 days to be edited.
