History

Sinsombrero is an exclusive restaurant in Madrid, in the emblematic Paseo de la Castellana , with a revolutionary and elegant gastronomic proposal, based on seasonal and high quality products. Its decoration is inspired by a club from the 20s but a modernized version.

Its incredible semicircle bar allows its clients to enjoy the best cocktails in the capital, since it has an extensive menu and variety of both the classics as well as experimental ones. Furthermore, it has a multitude of spaces: from a salon with incredible views to a little hidden corner for those that prefer a more intimate and relaxed atmosphere.  Although, undoubtedly, the wonder that this restaurant hides is a beautiful garden of 250 m2, with a Lutheran evangelical church from 1909.

The Chapel is the name given to this incredible space, a jewel with great historical and architectural value. It is a temple of the early twentieth century, which Kaiser Wilhelm II of Germany had built for German Protestants based in Madrid. The Chapel has become an ideal place to celebrate urban weddings in the center of the capital.
