Completing this questionnaire will help us understand your needs and expectations, ensuring we can begin the search for the ideal space that perfectly fits your vision.
Step Two: Choose from Our Proposals
Upon receiving your completed questionnaire, our team will work on customizing a selection of up to 10 of the best venue options for your wedding, based on the information you provided. This detailed document will be sent to you within seven business days.
Within this selection, you will find full descriptions, photos, and key details for each venue. Once you have reviewed all of the options, we will ask you to narrow down the list to your top five favorite spaces. This will allow us to focus on the venues that interest you the most and continue the process more accurately and efficiently.
Step Three: We Get All the Information to You
As soon as we receive responses from the venues you selected, we will get back to you immediately. We will send you a complete package with all the detailed information about each of the five venues you chose.
This will include a comprehensive spreadsheet that will compare prices, availability, conditions, and the pros and cons of each venue. Additionally, we will provide you with additional details and any relevant information that will help you evaluate each option comprehensively. Our goal is to give you a clear and complete overview so that you can make an informed and confident decision about the perfect venue for your wedding.
Step Four: We Schedule Site Visits
If you are located far away and would prefer not to travel, we can arrange for you to visit the venues in person. We will make videos and take detailed photos to show you what the venues look like, ensuring that you have a clear overview without having to travel.
In case you prefer to visit the venues in person, we will organize a three-day tour where we will plan and tour the selected venues. During these three days, we will spend time visiting each venue, providing you with all the additional information you need, until you find the venue that you like the most and that fits your vision for your wedding.
Step Five:
Once you have visited the venues and decided on the ideal venue for your wedding, we will take care of managing the venue booking for you. We will work directly with the venue team to ensure that the date and all the details are confirmed according to your preferences.
In addition, we will provide you with the contacts of the venue management team so that you can communicate with them directly. From this point, you will be able to coordinate all aspects of your wedding with the venue team, from logistical details to planning the day, making sure that everything is in order to make your wedding an unforgettable event.
