Castle Jalpí is a charming castle located in Arenys de Munt, in Barcelona.
The castle was property of Don Augusto Borràs y Jalpí, inheritor of a landowners family, and his wife, Doña Sofía de Algorta y Albaroa, Lequeitio maid from a wealthy family. Their son, Don Miguel, fell in love with a young lady who has never been approved by his family, so it started the family decline.
The Jalpí castle was also, a children shelter from the Basque Country during the war, and it was a private property. Then, Serhs Group bought and renovated the castle as it is now, full of charm and history.
Weddings and events
Nowadays, Castle Jalpí is a beautiful place to organize social and company events.
The venue has big lounges to celebrate the most importante event of your lives. It is completely renovated and has a big lounge named ‘August Borràs’ with capacity of 300 people.
You can also celebrate a civil wedding in their romantic areas. Although the castle has no accommodation, it has a beautiful suite for the married couple.
The Castle gastronomy is inspired by the mediterranean cookery, with high quality ingredients.
