Maria Perello, one bride, two dresses
Like so many other famous people, Maria Perello followed the trend of changing her look for the reception and so had two wedding dresses in two different styles. Both dresses were made by the designer Rosa Clara, created specifically for her. There are no others like them!
The first dress was a design of quality dressmaking with fine and delicate lines, a bateau neckline and long sleeves. But if there was one thing that captured everyone’s eyes it was the french lace bodice of the dress, inspired by the Art Deco movement and made with mini rhinestones, graphics and flowers. To add, it had a natural silk crepe skirt with a straight cut and a removable over-tail. An authentic gem! And did you know that now it is for sale?! Yes, after the event the dress was put up for sale by Rosa Clara in her 2022 bridal collection. You can find it under the name Salvan.
But if, on the other hand, you like the style but not the exact model, you can find different models that have a smoother fabric and bodice made by different designers: Pronovias, Valerio Luna, Luna Novia or Nicole. We love them!
With regards to the second dress that the bride wore, it reminds us of the second dress that Meghan Markle wore at her wedding with Prince Harry. It consisted of a design made with french chantilly lace, a mermaid silhouette, a halter neckline and an open back. The bodice also incorporated floral details that created hand-embroidered waves with transparent mini gemstones. Romantic and seductive!

For the occasion, the famous tennis player chose a traditional wedding morning suit, made by Brunello Cucinelli. The suit had a classic cut in dark grey that was accompanied by a white shirt, a tie and a waistcoat to match the suit.

This pair of celebrities chose authentic chefs of notoriety, Santi Taura and Maca de Castro, to cook for their meal, who produced dishes of Michelin star standard. The chefs also have three suns in the Repsol guide. Additionally, the famous restaurants Tatel and Zera, and the Michelin star cocktail maker Rafael Martín, also participated in the event.
The cocktail aperitif was served from market stalls and you could also taste Mallorcan products like Sobrasada (a spicy sausage) and other meats, truffles and sea bass cooked in foil… A Mediterranean cuisine but with some original and sophisticated touches!
