La Vila d’Argençola
La Vila d’Argençola is an agricultural estate with a Mediterranean forest, which has a large stately home, the result of consecutive extensions since its original construction, estimated to of been at the end of the 10thcentury. The main house, renovated at the beginning of the 20th century, is a modernist country house full of history, with stained glass windows from Catalan workshops, peculiar German stained-glass windows, balconies and large windows with arches of various shapes and other modernist ornaments on the roofs. All the openings on the ground floor are arched and outlined in solid, reddish-painted brick. Crowning all this volume is a large, 300 metre-squared terrace with a varying width on the first floor, which offers brilliant southern exposure.

Masia Casa del Mar
House of the Sea is located in a spectacular natural landscape of Garraf, half an hour away from Barcelona. It is a place laden with history, it was the chosen residence of Alfonso XIII for his summer vacation. In 2015, it was completely restored, and enjoys great beauty and exclusivity.
It has three types of spaces: air, sea and cel. The air space is configured with an infinity pool and capacity for 230 people. The sea space has various gardens with views of the mediterranean. Lastly, the Cel space, enjoys ample room for more than 500 people.
