La Concepción Farmhouse has a past that is linked to the iron industry in Marbella. This spectacular farmhouse from the XIX century is found in an impressive natural setting where the workers that worked in one of the first foundries in Spain lived. When this type of activity stopped, the town was completely abandoned.
A long time after, the owner of this farmhouse decided to redo it and turn these ruins into an incredible house that is typical of those in the Costa del Sol. Currently, this magnificent properly has spectacular landscape full of palm trees, avocado trees, orange trees and almond trees. Furthermore, there are still some remains of the ruins of the foundry that gave rise to this place.
