The Volcanic Bride is a wedding photoshoot for photographers in Lanzarote created to produce a bridal editorial where the elegance of a contemporary wedding meets one of the most unique landscapes in the Canary Islands.
Black lava, white architecture, volcanic vineyards and the blue of the Atlantic Ocean will create the setting for a production designed especially for wedding photographers and videographers who want to expand their portfolio with editorial content, destination wedding and high-impact wedding photography. The dossier itself defines these four elements (black lava, white walls, vineyards and ocean) as key features of the setting.
Here, nature will not simply be the background.
It will be part of the story.

This wedding photoshoot for photographers will be specifically designed to create portfolio content.
Unlike a real wedding, we will be able to work with previously prepared settings and dedicate time to different types of photography.

The color palette
The color palette is directly inspired by Lanzarote:

These are complemented by three essential natural elements: white architecture, black lava and Atlantic blue, combined with soft earthy tones and deep wine accents.

One of the most powerful elements of the moodboard is the appearance of a second red/burgundy look against the volcanic landscape.
This change will allow us to create a second, much more intense and editorial gallery within the same experience.

The wedding cake
We will also prepare an editorial wedding cake proposal.
The moodboard explores two particularly interesting directions.
On one hand, ivory cakes with sculptural textures and burgundy floral details.
On the other, a completely black proposal with finishes inspired by the lava itself.
This will allow us to work with very different product photography within the same editorial.
