The villa is a masterpiece of architectural design built in Andalusian Moorish style by the architect Robert Mosher, who studied under Frank Lloyd Wright. Every detail of the villa reflects his exceptional vision and impeccable taste, with carefully selected features, a fantastic art collection and stunning finishes throughout. The venue doesn’t normally charge fees for events, though they may consider it if the wedding is extremely charge and complex. They usually just charge the villa rental fee.

Restrictions on Decorations and Themes
There are no decorating restrictions. Please feel free to bring your own ideas. Ceremonial fires are permitted.

Wedding Planning
The venue can recommend a wedding planner though you are welcome to choose your own.

Catering
There is no in-house catering, clients may choose any caterers they would like.

Wedding Packages
The venue wants you to enjoy the wedding of your dreams but they do not actually put packages together. They want you to use the suppliers and caterers that will suit your needs.

Where to Stay
The villa enjoys 15 guest bedrooms and 5 staff bedrooms. There is excellent accommodation for the rest of the guests nearby.

Venue Accessibility 
There is complimentary parking on-site. The venue is not easily accessed via public transportation. Guests may have to share rides or use taxis. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.

Venue Back-Up
Though weddings and celebrations are held outside, there is interior space. Tents can be set up outside in case of bad weather.

Wedding Suppliers
You are free to use whatever suppliers you wish for your wedding.

Flexibility on Duration
There is a one week minimum stay.

Children
Children are welcome though there are no supervised childcare arrangements.

Security Measures
The venue has surveillance cameras to monitor the premises.

Noise Restrictions 
Noise should be minimised after a certain hour to respect neighbours. There is a midnight curfew on loud music.

Catholic weddings in Spain are valid under Spanish law and recognised throughout Europe and the USA. Catholic marriages require six months notice to meet all documentary requirements. Other religious ceremonies such as Jewish weddings, are not considered valid unless a civil registry is signed in your country of residence. You will be given details of the local civil registry as marriages must be registered within one week of the ceremony to be valid in Spain. Documents for any marriage or civil ceremony not written in Spanish will need to be accompanied by sworn translations stamped with the Hague Apostille service which exists to simplify the legalisation of documents in your home country for international use.

Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.

All events are on request only and subject to prior agreement from the owner, who reserves the right to refuse all events without their prior authorisation.
