What you should keep in mind for your yoga and mindfulness workshop:
Be sure to wear comfortable, yoga-friendly clothing that allows you to move freely and breathe easily. Opt for stretchy, breathable clothing that allows you to perform a full range of motion without restriction.
If you have any pre-existing medical condition or physical injury do not forget to mention it to the instructor so that he/she can take your exercises into account.
Stay well hydrated before and after the workshop, especially if exercising. Avoid eating a heavy meal just before the workshop to avoid digestive discomfort during practice. Opt for light and healthy meals that will give you the energy you need without feeling heavy.
It is recommended that you arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
To formalize the reservation of the yoga and mindfulness workshop, a deposit must be paid in advance. The rest is paid the same day of the activity.
