We handled the design and coordination of the entire ceremony setup, from the spatial layout to the aisle décor, candle lighting, and floral details. The goal was to create a romantic, natural, and sophisticated ambiance that harmonized with the Ibiza surroundings.
For the aisle, we laid down a white and beige carpet flanked by a path of candles that added warmth and elegance. The altar featured an arrangement of pampas grass, white roses, and soft-toned blooms, creating a distinctive, delicate visual structure full of movement.
Every element was carefully chosen to ensure the ceremony reflected Makoke’s personality while conveying a sense of beauty, emotion, and exclusivity. The result was an unforgettable setting where décor, venue, and organization came together to create one of the wedding’s most magical moments.

Another very special detail of Makoke’s wedding was the petal and rice station prepared for guests before the ceremony. Our team designed this area so that everyone could take part in one of the celebration’s most moving moments.
The station was set up before guests made their way down to take their seats, aligning with the wedding’s overall aesthetic. Cones filled with rice and white petals were prepared, maintaining the soft, natural, and elegant tones found throughout the décor.
Beyond its practicality, this corner added a beautiful visual touch to the space. The combination of baskets, wood, pampas grass, flowers, and decorative elements helped create a warm, Mediterranean atmosphere that blended perfectly with the style of Hacienda Na Xamena.

For the cocktail décor, we designed centerpieces featuring pampas grass, white roses, candles, and flowers in soft tones, echoing the romantic, Mediterranean inspiration of the ceremony. These arrangements were placed specifically on high-top tables, adding volume, warmth, and a polished look to welcome the guests.
We also focused on the atmosphere of the space to make it feel both inviting and sophisticated. The goal was for every corner to feel meticulously curated—from the floral arrangements to the lighting and table layout—creating the perfect setting for guests to enjoy the cocktail hour in comfort.
Great attention was also paid to visual elements, incorporating white fabrics to soften certain areas and maintain a harmonious look. The result was an elegant, fresh cocktail setting that aligned perfectly with the wedding’s overall style, designed to ensure guests enjoyed a special experience from the very first moment.

Makoke’s wedding reception was held in the Eivissa Room at Hacienda Na Xamena—a space we transformed to align with the aesthetic theme of the entire celebration. The goal was to create an elegant, warm, and sophisticated setting where every table reflected the wedding’s natural, Mediterranean spirit.
For the reception décor, we designed large, striking centerpieces featuring pampas grass, white flowers, and candles, adding volume, texture, and a unique lighting effect. Additionally, we repurposed some of the decorative elements from the ceremony in this space, ensuring visual continuity and making smart use of every detail.
The layout was designed to comfortably accommodate guests, featuring eleven guest tables and a head table. Each table was meticulously styled, combining soft tones, natural materials, and details that reinforced the celebration’s elegant aesthetic.
The result was a reception full of character, where décor, lighting, and organization came together to create an unforgettable atmosphere—a space designed for enjoying, celebrating, and experiencing one of the most special moments of Makoke’s wedding.
