Tast Club
Tast Club is one of those places where once inside you don’t want to leave. It’s a large, evocative haven on Calle Sant Jaume, with a stylish bar and several dining rooms, it remindss people of an exclusive English club. The Spanish menu is good and worth a try, but Tast really gains its popularity for its ambience and décor rather than its food. Its somewhat difficult-to-find location and discreet signage only add to its air of exclusivity.
Dins
Dins is the new restaurant at the elegant El Lorenç hotel, where chef Santi Taura does exactly what he does best: offer exceptional Mallorcan cuisine. Every time Santi takes to the cooker, he adds a unique, personal touch that makes you feel like he’s cooking just for you. At Dins it’s no different, as you can enjoy food made by Mallorca’s best-loved chef.
Trespais
This gem of a restaurant in Puerto Andratx has been serving cheerful diners since 2011, but it’s more fashionable than ever. The name Trespais comes from the two countries of origin of chef Domenico Curcio, who is half-German and half-Italian, and the country of origin of Austrian Jenny Terler, who is in charge of front-of-house service. This interesting mix ensures cosy hospitality and delicious cuisine during your birthday celebration at a trendy restaurant in Mallorca.
Ombú

Adrian Quetglas
The essence of chef Adrián’s experience between Mallorca, London, Paris and Moscow is reflected in the tasting menus offered at this Michelin-starred restaurant. At Adrián Quetglas, both the day and evening menus change regularly to surprise diners. Aromata
Opened in 2014, but currently in fasion, run by Michelin-starred Mallorcan chef Andreu Genestra, Aromata is located in Palma’s historic Sa Nostra Cultura centre. Famous for its paellas, it offers friendly service led by a charming and outstanding maître d’. At night, the dress code for men is long trousers.
