8. San Sebastián, Basque Country

In San Sebastián there are three beautiful beaches to relax, Playa de la Concha, Playa de Zurriola and Playa de Ondarreta, as well as an aquarium to learn more about the nearby exotic world.
If you want to get out of the city to see what surrounds San Sebastián, you can take a trip to the island of Santa Clara or to the city of Bilbao, which is only an hour away, and thus visit the Bilbao Guggenheim Museum and meet the puppy “Puppy”.
9. Costa de la Luz, Andalusia
Spain’s “coast of light” (Costa de la Luz) is located on the shores of the Atlantic, running through the southwest of the country: from Tarifa to the mouth of the Guadiana River. And since the region is far to the south, the temperatures are much warmer, making it a great option outside of the peak season.
A place where you can also find beautiful beaches with dunes, such as Zahara de los Atunes, one of the favourite beaches of families where the little ones have the best time.
But, apart from beaches, there are also family attractions in the region, including an animal rescue centre, the Castellar Zoo in Castellar de la Frontera, the Entre Ramas Aventura Adventure Park and the Doñana Natural Park, a huge natural reserve that is home to wetlands, migratory birds, pine forests and changing coastal dunes.
10. Menorca, Balearic Islands
The island of Menorca has everything for people of all ages to enjoy. Clear, shallow waters and sandy beaches are found all over the island, and are much calmer than its other neighbours, Mallorca and Ibiza.
