– Good morning, how are you?
– Morning. Fine, thank you. The Resort is definitely well connected to the airport and the path towards here has been very pleasant.
– Would you like to have something to eat while we talk?
– That would be great, thank you so much. If you’d like, we’d start with our questions right away, since we’re pretty eager to know what La Finca has to offer for MICE events.
– Very good then…
– We’d like to know more about the spaces you have for MICE events. How are they organized? How many people can they host? Where are they located? What type of technology and furniture are they provided with?
– Sure, I’ll tell it all. We have six pavilions for meetings, with different capacities and all suiting different needs. We also have six sub-commission rooms for and several outdoor spaces like terraces or gardens to offer something different but still comfortable.
We give the client the possibility to customize his event choosing our catering service so to guarantee the highest degree of satisfaction.
On the other hand, we have a modern room, equipped with the latest technology and designed for any kind of event: 380 m² to carry out the best meetings, having also the possibility to look over our beautiful garden through the glass enclosures.
– I see you’ve planned it all. And, what kind of MICE event to you normally carry out here at La Finca?
– We carry out all kinds of events, but those we host the most frequently are:
- – Back to Backs
- – Product presentation
- – Conventions – with plenary room and 3 sub-commission rooms
- – Team building
- – Gala dinners
- – Meetings with working lunch
– And tell us, “do you have more national or international clients? Do you have a staff speaking different languages and so able to communicate with foreign customers?
– We normally work with both, even though I must say there are more international than national clients.
All our staff speak different languages; for example, I have been living in London for 7 years, the hotel manager is the Irish Brendan Dwyer, and the sales manager, Luke Murphy, comes from the north of England.
– Great, you then dominate the international market. I’d like to ask you, how many rooms do you have and what kind of comforts our clients will benefit from?
– Our resort has 120 accommodations of different categories: standard deluxe, club and junior suite. From all types of the Hotel accommodation you can enjoy an astonishing view.
– During the event, do you provide other types of service apart from the room itself?
– Of course, we have the best suppliers in the area and the best entertainment agencies to help us making each event unique.
– And, in parallel or right after the event, what kind of complementary activities, reactive, cultural or even wellness ones, can clients do, either inside the Resort or nearby?
– We offer a wide range of complementary activities such as golf classes even for beginners, or mini tournaments, alongside with cooking classes to learn how to make paella, or walking tours through our orange fields, laughter therapy workshops …
– What a venue! And, regarding gastronomy, what does La Finca has to offer to satisfy all the attendees?
– All clients are very happy with our gastronomy, we’re still pretty Mediterranean although we do adapt our cuisine to all types of customers having English, Argentinian and Italian chefs…
On May the 1st we’ll open a Mexican-Italian restaurant at the Resort.
And before the end of 2020 we hope to open a winery to make wine tastings and a rice shop hosting the best chefs of the Valencian community to enjoy amazing dishes.
– It sounds great, we’re drooling already… But getting back to the event, are you also responsible for the assembly of the event and room?
– Yes, if the client needs more audio visional material we do use also our supplies, achieving pretty good results.
– One more question and then we’re done, why do you think we should choose La Finca as a MICE events venue, and in which way you’re different from the other competitors in the area?
– In my honest opinion, I don’t know if it’d be wrong but I must say I’m love with what I do and provide.
We have a nice weather 365 days a year, a completely new venue and the willing to improve more and more, year after year. We don’t let anything deteriorate since we’re constantly changing and improving. Improvement is what we committed to.
