What do we know about love and relationships? They come in different shapes, colors, and ethnicities. And that’s something we love here at Perfect Venue! The following wedding is one of our most special ones, as it unifies two very interesting countries and points of view.
Reshma and Tom wanted to show their love in a two-and-a-half-hour Hindu ceremony full of color! The groom, from the UK, and the bride, from India, decided to travel to Es Lloquet, Mallorca, to share their happiness with their loved ones. The union had many emotive moments, changes of clothes, and even a tuc-tuc car full of flowers!
One of the most important details for the couple was that the wedding was celebrated outdoors. For that, the Wedding Planners created a “mandap”, a podium where the ceremony was going to take place, to include some of the typical elements of a traditional Indian wedding. It was also filled with personal touches such as personalized “thank you” cards, activities for children, and a flashmob organized by the families!
Inma del Valle, the photographer, was in charge of capturing the rich red and yellow color palette of this traditional Indian wedding. She admits that it was the most difficult wedding she has ever worked in, but also one of the most magical, as the traditions, music, and characteristics were beautiful. She was able to capture every detail with her camera, and here is the proof!
