Give them plenty of notice!

Surely it has never happened to you that you have found out that a friend or relative was getting married and you thought you were invited, and in the end… surprise, you’re not!

This is something that happens a lot and something that may not make us laugh, especially if we had already happened to us, therefore, since there is nothing worse than a disappointment, the best thing is to tell those people that they will not be invited as soon as possible, so that third parties do not find out either.

They will be grateful to you. Don’t and they’re will start looking for outfits!

Communicate it delicately

Each person is different, and not everyone reacts in the same way or takes the news in the same way.

For this reason, we recommend that you tell them that they are not going to be invited in the most delicate way, downplaying the matter and making them feel as if you are taking a load off them.

Make them part of the preparations

Yes! Why not? Even if they are not on the guest list, it does not mean they cannot help you prepare for the big day.

Also, if you have a good relationship with that person, you can invite them for a drink and thus tell them the details of the wedding, show them the invitations, the dress, tell them where your honeymoon will be, etc. And let them tell you if they like it!

Host a casual brunch

Host a brunch to invite friends and other more special family members to a feast or informal snack to celebrate your marriage, it will make them feel like they are part of your wedding.

In addition, it is a perfect event to spend in good company, and if you use one of the professional caterers that we know, it will be better than anything!

Ask them to accompany you for your dress fittings

Choosing your wedding dress is a very special moment to celebrate only with your closest family and friends, but, what if you ask that person who is off your list to accompany you to the wardrobe fitting to see how they are doing?

Or you could invite them to the makeup test or to find the most comfortable shoes for your big day, it will surely make you very excited and you will make them feel special too!

Meet them after the wedding!

Either to show them the photo album, to tell them how the day was and how it developed, to show them the videos or to narrate the funniest anecdotes of the day.

Being with them after the wedding will make these people feel that they are important to you and that you count on them.

Give them a gift like the rest of your guests

Have you already thought about the useful gifts that you are going to give to your guests? Well, grab a few more and distribute them to those who aren’t invited

This is easy for you and these people will certainly appreciate it, because not inviting them to your wedding does not mean that you cannot do this for them.

Above all, do not feel bad about those people who you have not invited, because each one has their reasons.

And finally, remember, there are family and friends who really love you, despite everything and forever, and that not inviting someone to your wedding does not mean the end of a relationship.
