Patricia and Diego’s Wedding at Ben Viure Castle with Horses and Orange Blossoms

Patricia and Diego’s wedding at Ben Viure with horses and orange blossom.

In today’s post we will tell you about Patricia and Diego’s wedding at Ben Viure Castle. This couple’s big day, celebrated in Barcelona, left everyone speechless.

This wedding had it all: old walls with an incredible colour scheme, dark rooms with beams, furniture in a long list of different colours, velvet, a flower arch and even horses!

Furthermore, the live music impressed everyone, just like the shots and the good vibe that the couple had, who enjoyed kisses and hugs from the guests all night long.

But if there was something that left everyone stunned, it was the movie-like wedding dance. You can’t miss this fascinating wedding at Ben Viure Castle

We are sure that you will want something similar. Take notes!

A piece of Cuba in Barcelona

An Indian man born in Havana took on the project of building the mansion on farmland to spend time with his family. Yes, with a Cuban essence, this castle holds memories of more than seven generations of a family. And it doesn’t only have the history of an exclusive place, but also tales of India, love, war and exile.

We are talking about Ben Viure Castle, a beautiful colonial castle in Castellbisbal, in Barcelona.

The decadent style of the interior and the exuberant Mediterranean garden gave this wedding a unique style, since the bohemian and rustic colours radiated in this natural, idyllic setting.

The couple said “I do” surrounded by olives, palm trees, pomegranates, cypress trees, pine trees, fruit trees and aromatic plants like jasmine, saffron and rosemary that filled the setting with a captivating climate.

The walk to the altar…on horseback!

The ceremony of this wedding at Ben Viure Castle took place in one of the gardens at the venue, where friends and family gathered to witness the best entrance to a wedding ceremony that we have seen for a long time.

Patricia arrived riding a horse, that’s right! And then, an emotional Diego waited to walk to the altar and enjoy this moment full of magic in the company of his favourite people.

Did you know that horses are one of the most photogenic animals that there is and they give you a lot to work with?

Floral decoration in cream colours

The decoration of the pampas arch combined with petals at the altar captured the attention of the guests.

The colour scheme consisted of earthy tones and cream colours to add to the boho chic style that the couple were looking for on their big day.

All the floral decor was made by Flowercap, a company that always makes unique and personalised creations. Because special days are forever and so should leave a footprint.

Round and imperial-style tables for the delicious catering

The mixture of imperial-style and round tables was perfect for the ambience of the evening.

All the tables had golden cutlery, brown glasses, slate table mats, fabric tablecloths, muted coloured flowers and pampa herbs.

Furthermore, all the tables were filled with food from Le Chef, a catering company specialising in selective, high-range catering services where they value quality, originality, impeccable service, care for the details and a personalised contract.

It should be pointed out that Le Chef also finds decorative elements and setting, taking into account the environment and character of each celebration, because their philosophy goes a lot further than just the food!

A dress and suit with a lot of personality

Patricia chose a design from Grace Loves Lace, with lots of lace embroidery and a vintage bell sleeve style and on the back of the neckline. The opening of the skirt and the V neckline meant that the dress also had a touch of sensuality amongst the elegance and naturalness of the venue.

Specifically, it was the Verdelle 2.0 dress, a simple yet captivating design. Handmade with luxurious French lace with an unforgettable silhouette.

For the hairstyle on day 2, she opted for a full updo with a braid covered in romantic flowers to decorate her brown hair.

Diego wore a suit jacket with a waistcoat in earthy tones and a white shirt, and for accessories he wore a pocket watch, white and brown Oxford shoes and some cufflinks that were in the shape of two saxophones. A music lover!

A second dress for the bride

When the partytime arrived at the wedding at Ben Viure Castle, the bride opted to change her style and set aside the lace and the long maxi dress for a short bodycon dress with a side slit and ruffles, great for dancing to the rhythm of the salda and the bachata.

We love brides that choose a second look!

Oleg Brovchenko was the videographer and Juanlu Rojana was in charge of the photoshoot on the big day, managing both the result of the magical video and the beautiful photographs.

Furthermore, they managed to capture the emotions and all the details on the most important day of Patricia and Diego’s life.
