There are weddings that happen once in a lifetime and remain forever in your memory, and Rafa and Ricky’s was exactly that: pure magic. Emotion, fantasy, true love, and details that seemed straight out of a storybook. That was this fairytale wedding in Madrid, held at the spectacular Finca La Plata, a place surrounded by nature that was completely transformed to bring one of the most special days of the year to life. From the very first moment, it was clear that this wasn’t going to be just any wedding… and it certainly was!
The ceremony was officiated by none other than Melani Olivares (yes, the legendary Paz from Aída) and Eva Isanta (our beloved Maite from La que se avecina), who not only spoke the most beautiful words, but also did so with emotion, laughter, and many, many tears. All of this wrapped up in a dreamy decor designed by our team with great care. At Perfect Venue, we were in charge of making the entrance to the estate gorgeous and also filling the entire ceremony space with magic. White and lilac flowers, the greenery of the vegetation, candles, flowing fabrics… every corner breathed love and fantasy, perfectly in tune with this unforgettable fairytale wedding in Madrid.

A movie-like entrance with flowers, candles, and fantasy
Upon arriving at the estate, guests were greeted by an entrance worthy of a movie. We arranged a large floral arch with touches of white and lilac that provided a spectacular welcome.
On either side, lit candles marked an aisle covered in petals, a foretaste of what was to come: a celebration filled with magic, emotion, and carefully curated details. Without a doubt, the perfect start to an unforgettable fairytale wedding in Madrid.
A change of plans that didn’t take away a bit of magic
Originally, the ceremony was planned to take place under the palapa, in the estate’s outdoor gardens, surrounded by nature. But the weather had other plans, and with the threat of rain, everything had to be reorganized to take place under cover.
Despite this unforeseen event that made us rush, the result was so spectacular that no one missed the original plan: the magic remained intact.
A fairytale ceremony among candles, fabrics and vegetation
The ceremony was, without a doubt, the highlight of this fairytale wedding in Madrid. From the moment the guests started walking down the aisle, it was clear that something special was about to happen.
At the beginning of the ceremony space, we set up a beautiful floral arch filled with greenery, white flowers, and lilacs, through which the bride and groom walked to the altar. We also created a path filled with candles and flowers on the classic white Tiffany chairs, adding an elegant touch.
In the background, the altar featured hanging white fabrics and structures with flowers in shades of green, white, and lilac. Every detail fit in with the natural surroundings, where greenery permeated everything, and the floral touches provided that sweet, romantic touch that couldn’t be missing from this incredible fairytale wedding in Madrid.

The wedding theme was clear from the start: a fairy tale of princes and fantasy. Everything was designed to transport guests to a magical world. The little pageboys wore lilac dresses, perfectly in keeping with the floral arrangements.
The bride and groom weren’t far behind: Ricky wore a white suit with a tulle cape, evoking the style of a true fairytale prince, while Rafa opted for a navy blue suit with regal details, which left no one indifferent. Together, they were the very image of the romantic and fantasy love we all dream of.
Melani Olivares and Eva Isanta: two fairies dressed in white who moved everyone
One of the most memorable moments was the ceremony, officiated by Melani Olivares (known for her role in Aída) and Eva Isanta (the unforgettable actress from La que se avecina). Both were dressed in white with long, flowing gowns and feathered wings, like true fairy godmothers straight out of a storybook.
Their presence not only added a special touch to the ceremony, but also filled it with emotion, laughter, and tears. With words full of affection and authenticity, they created an intimate and deeply emotional moment that touched the hearts of all those in attendance.

At Perfect Venue, we had the pleasure of working with her, in charge of the ceremony decorations and the entrance to the estate.
Working together was a wonderful experience, and the result was a carefully curated event, full of beauty, magic, and harmony. The bride and groom were delighted, the guests thrilled, and we were happy to have been part of such a special day.
