What services do you offer couples for lighting and sound at their wedding, and how do these services adapt to the individual preferences and needs of each couple?

We have different elements for each occasion… powerful speakers for the open bar and the banquet, with less power for the ceremony and cocktail, but all with quality sound. For lighting we have T-bars that include a bit of everything: LED effects, flash, laser… moving heads, scanners, spotlights, LED bar… everything you need to give colour and sound to your wedding.

In addition to sound and lighting for events, what additional services do you offer to improve the experience?

Photo booth, video projection, cold fire machines, smoke machine, karaoke… and, of course, our DJs, since we can offer the right DJ according to the style you want for your final party.

What aspects do you consider key to guarantee an unforgettable experience and ensure the total success of the wedding for the bride and groom and their guests?

Never falling short on sound power is one of the keys to success, especially for the final party… it is important not to skimp on this point.

What are the most popular and successful services? Is there any recent trend in lighting and sound that is currently standing out?

Our disco-karaoke service is being a huge success, we mix a karaoke time with a DJ time, generally 2 hours of each or 2 of karaoke and 3 of DJ… and, due to its spectacular nature, our cold fire machines for the entrance of the bride and groom to the banquet, for the bride and groom’s dance and for the entertainment during the final party.

How do you manage the logistics and the assembly of the equipment in places with limited access or difficult conditions?

Well, that question is not easy to answer, we have to see a little what the place is like but, when access is very complicated or even with difficult terrain, we have all-terrain event carts that make it easy to get our equipment to the place where it is needed.

What is the typical process from the first contact with the client to the final execution of the event?

First, and obviously, we gather all the necessary information to advise the couple and give them the best service for their wedding… we formalize the service and then we proceed to coordinate with them the music for each moment. To do this, we provide them with a file in which each moment of the celebration is listed and they only have to tell us what song they want and always with our advice. For the day of the celebration, we coordinate with the venue where it will be held or with the Wedding Planner, we set up and do our job as best we know how.

Given the constant advancement in technologies and the growing influence of artificial intelligence, how do you keep up with the latest trends in sound and lighting for events, and what plans do you have to continue innovating in this field?

The truth is that AI has no influence on the choice of our equipment, since they are equipment with a wide influence from who operates them… although we do see that AI is entering into the service management stage, we are looking at it closely.

How do you adapt your sound and lighting equipment for events to suit different types of environments, both indoors and outdoors?

Indoors, the sound system responds very well, we place the speakers where we see that they are necessary, taking into account the acoustics of the venue, and we adjust them… outdoors it is another thing, since in very open spaces it is necessary to add equipment with lower frequencies, subwoofers, since these disperse a lot and with smaller speakers, a lot of sound is lost… the lighting is somewhat less influenced by the interior/exterior factor but it is true that outdoors you have to take into account the natural lighting and the space to be illuminated, since in open places the light does not bounce as much and some additional reinforcement is required.

With the increase in themed weddings, what type of customization do you offer for the design of lighting and sound depending on the theme of the wedding or event?

We can add color to the spaces, illuminate walls, columns, trees, etc… to create a special atmosphere… We also have different models of DJ booths, which give a special touch to each wedding. Regarding sound, the most notable feature is the strength.

What distinguishes Sonoriza Eventos from other similar service providers on the market?

We can say the same old thing: we are good, we are the best, we are the tallest and the most handsome… but the truth is that we are always professional, empathetic with the guests, extroverted, if they ask us for a song, and we have it, we play it, we never make a bad face… and we take great care of the details such as the wiring, which we hide as much as possible, we take care of the staging… and we like what we do.
