They started with a tuna belly on guacamole and pickled vegetables, followed by a wagyu beef carpaccio with duck foie gras and a Pedro Ximénez liqueur reduction. Then, the Mallorcan squid with its ink sauce with a coconut and citrus aroma surprised everyone, as did the Mallorcan red prawn carpaccio with Beeri caviar vinaigrette and smoked avocado. The main course was not far behind with grilled fish from the Mallorcan market and grilled Angus sirloin. And to close with a flourish, a fine apple pie with vanilla ice cream.
