What is your hallmark? What unique elements do you think define all your work and make you stand out in the world of videography?
My style as a wedding videographer is characterized by being cinematic and narrative, which allows me to tell the story of each couple in a unique and personal way.
In addition, my professional ethics, my close relationship with couples and my ability to capture authentic moments are also part of my hallmark.
Your videos and films have a special touch. What characteristics do they have that make them considered true cinematic works of art, beyond simply documenting moments?
Some of the characteristics that make my videos have a special touch are:
Visual composition: I look for unique angles, interesting frames and visual symmetries that bring beauty and balance to the image.
The use of light: I play with natural or artificial lighting to create emotional atmospheres.
The visual narrative: Beyond capturing moments, I seek to tell a story visually. I use sequences, montage and transitions to guide the viewer through emotions and key moments.
Creative editing: I add music, adjust the rhythm and select the best shots to create a unique cinematic experience.
Emotion and authenticity: I seek to capture the essence of people, the laughter, the tears, the sincere hugs. Authenticity is what makes a work memorable.
In the realm of wedding videography, what are couples asking you for the most these days? What are the most popular trends they are looking for? Is there anything that has become especially in demand recently?
Couples today are very influenced by social media and viral content. They often ask me to recreate small video sequences they have seen on platforms like Instagram or TikTok.
Also, the use of drones has become especially in demand. Aerial shots provide a unique perspective and add a cinematic touch to videos. So, the drone is definitely a tool that is in high demand.
Within the magical day of a wedding, what is your favorite moment to capture on video and why?
One of the most magical moments to capture on video is the first dance of the newlyweds. During the first dance, the bride and groom are completely immersed in the moment. The soft lights, music and romantic atmosphere make this moment perfect for filming.
What steps do you take from planning to the wedding day? How do you make sure you are ready to capture every important moment without missing any details?
For me, as a wedding videographer, planning and preparation are essential to ensure I capture every important moment at a wedding.
I meet with the bride and groom to learn about their preferences, styles, and important details. We coordinate schedules, locations, and key moments.
I visit the wedding venue before the big day to familiarize myself with the space and identify the best areas to film. Additionally, I create a detailed timeline for the wedding day.
I check that the equipment is in perfect condition, bring a second backup camera, extra batteries, and memory cards.
I make sure the microphones are working properly to capture the vows and speeches clearly.

Music is a vital component. What do you base your selection of the soundtrack to accompany your work on? What is your process as a wedding videographer for selecting the perfect songs or melodies? Are you inspired by the couples, the theme of the wedding, or do you have any other criteria that you follow?
My process for selecting the perfect songs or melodies is based on several criteria. First, I talk to the couples to find out their musical tastes. I ask about their favorite songs and if they have a “special song” that they want to include. I also consider the theme of the wedding. If there is a specific style (such as vintage, rustic, or elegant), I look for songs that align with that aesthetic.
I associate the songs with key moments of the event, such as the bride’s entrance, the first dance, or the vows. For example, a soft ballad may be perfect for the first dance, while a more upbeat piece may accompany the exit of the newlyweds.
Looking ahead, what do you imagine Weddings on Film will look like in the next 10 years? What changes or innovations do you think will be implemented and how do you imagine yourself adapting to them?
In the future, I would like to continue growing both personally and professionally. This involves learning new techniques, exploring creative styles, and keeping up with the latest trends in the industry. In addition, I will invest in improving my technical and human team.
From high-resolution cameras to advanced editing software, I will be prepared to offer the best possible quality to my clients.
One of the innovations that is already taking shape is the live streaming of weddings. This allows family and friends who cannot physically attend to still be part of the event. I imagine that in the coming years, this technology will be further refined, providing immersive virtual experiences for those who are far away.
In short, my focus as a wedding videographer will be on quality, innovation, and emotional connection with couples.
