Dior is an exclusive space with marvellous views of the Alcalá Gate with inspiration from the Neo Baroque period and French Court style; Black has subtle lighting and illustrations on the walls created by Luis Urculo for Philippe Starck and Ramses; Christine is a very exclusive space, with an elegant imperial table, perfect for a memorable banquet; Haima, with exposed brick walls, is inspired by the original Haima-like ceiling that covers the space; and lastly the Captain Room, an exclusive and private room, with an imperial, illuminated, marble table. This space, full of vegetation and large marquees offer a cosmopolitan and fun atmosphere, as well as a kitchen where food is cooked on live coals, aling with fun cocktails and a DJ.
With climate control for winter and summer, it is lively at all hours, competing in its wow factor with the Alcalá Gate itself! It is one of the best outdoor spots in the capital, operating 365 days a year.

And the best thing about each floor and event space having its own kitchen is that they always offer a perfect, efficient service.
Food that unleashes the senses
Your guests will love the mouthwatering caviar with smoked butter, grilled artichoke flowers with ham from Cinco Jotas, grilled octopus with black garlic mayonnaise and yucca, grilled Australian angus ribs and to finish, crepes with pears and citric butter.
The Ramses Group is home to an amazing open fire cooking concept that includes a visible kitchen, show cooking and a cocktail bar, with foods according to the season and climate. Both traditional and streamline.
Each menu has its share of starters and the kitchen has about 20 options prepared such as: oysters, anchovies, Joselito ham, croquettes, or Carril clams, and other dishes such as: sea bass, ceviche with yellow chilli, red tuna loin tartar with nori seaweed, Galician blonde sirloin steak tartar, and one of the most legendary dishes of Arzak: the scorpion fish cake, made according to its original recipe from 1972.
