The bride and groom succeeded in creating an event with all details inspired by the theme of travel. We love themed weddings!

Take pen and paper and take notes for your wedding! Because your fairy tale deserves a venue as unique as this one:
Chosen venue – the Monclova castle
Located in the countryside of the lower Guadalquivir, in Seville, this castle witnessed the marriage of today’s bride and groom.
The bride and groom entered the castle through a portico with a semicircular arch on columns and family coats of arms in the spandrels, which left everyone speechless.
From the entrance, Pilar and Maxime entered to a large porticoed courtyard with semicircular arches on three sides, columns and coats of arms of the Order of Mercy in the spandrels. We can’t think of a more magical place in which to celebrate the big day!
The oldest surviving remains of this castle date back to the 14th century, including the Torre del Homenaje (keep) and three sections of the walled enclosure. The wooden gates are also examples of 17th century carving.
“I do” full of emotions
Emotions were running high throughout the ceremony. First of all, the speeches were given in both Spanish and French. While the exchange of vows and at every moment their glances and powerful words touched the guests with a pure feeling of joy.
Lennon, their handsome Labrador retriever, came with them with a very important mission: their pet was precisely the one who carried the couple’s rings, placed on a nice cushion with a world map print created for the occasion.
Traveling decoration
Pilar and Maxime are passionate about traveling, it is one of their hobbies and it was clear to them that their wedding had to be inspired by the world of travel, so this was the theme of the wedding.
The decoration work by Hello Events was impeccable, as they filled the corners of the space with decorative objects such as maps, suitcases, postcards, globes, mailboxes, etc.
Flowers are a must
The Sorigarden florist was in charge of adding a touch of colour through the floral decoration, specifically blue, to match the bridesmaids’ dresses.
In esparto grass baskets, in metal buckets, in watering cans, along the aisle of the ceremony, in the table centrepieces… Blue flowers were the main protagonists of this wedding at the Castillo de la Monclova!
Fairytale styles
For the wedding, the bride chose a Pronovias tattoo-effect dress with lace straps and a back neckline, a classic princess-style dress with a modern twist. The lace bodice was adorned with flowers, all details were in perfect harmony with the tulle skirt.
For the shoes, she chose pale pink high-heeled shoes with jewel applique. And to complement her outfit she opted for a full up-do hairstyle and added a jeweled headdress from India Tiaras y Tocados, all handmade, created with great care, and 100% made in Spain.
The groom’s suit was by Pepe Prieto, in navy blue colour and matched with a navy-blue tie and a checked waistcoat. For accessories, he chose a watch, a belt and black shoes.
A party with a lot of fun
The Spirit Music team was in charge of putting the final touch to this wedding at Castle Monclova. There were professional DJs, entertainers and a good selection of the best music.
Because there is no celebration without a big party!
