There are more than 3500 hectares belonging to these wine cellars in the town of Villena, a few hundred metres away from Alicante; the Bodegas de Francisco Gómez, where Carla and Roberto got married.
These vineyards have been defined as ‘the perfect place to start your life as a married couple’ due to its excellent quality, its respect for the environment, its sustainability and its idyllic surroundings, along with its good treatment and all of the experienced professionals.

Wine Cellars full of history
The building’s incredible façade has been standing since 1792 no less, and continues to be an old mansion in Jerez, moved and reassembled stone by stone!
But there’s more, because Carla and Roberto said ‘I do’ standing on cobblestones that belong to a square in a village in Extremadura.
Arriving at the altar among vineyards
Ready to say ‘I do’, the bride walks down the aisle among wooden chairs, and arrives to find a large wooden bench, a lectern and a large barrel on top of which rest flowerpots with red and white roses, hydrangeas and dahlias by Arlet Artesanía Floral.
The essence of the vineyards at the banquet
The bride and groom can have their own catering during the event, from an international kitchen, a traditional market or serving traditional regional dishes here at Francisco Gómez, as well as providing special menus for those who are coeliac, diabetic, vegan and vegetarian.
The wedding cake and an open bar are also included!
These tables were decorated to match the ceremony, with centrepieces made with golden bowls, candles and grapes. All this was accompanied by gold cutlery and wicker placemats.

The invitations are given to the guests in this very original way, with hand made artwork of the Bodegas Francisco Gómez as a main element on the envelopes, accompanied by a simple invitation with the initials of the bride and groom along with tassels and bows to decorate.
