Almodovar Castle is located 30 km from the city of Córdoba, in Andalusia. It is a medieval style castle with towers, battlements, courtyard, the dungeons, stairs and passages and a beautiful hexagonal chapel, all perfectly preserved.
It is located in the up of a hill, where you can access by walk, by car or by bicycle. There is a parking in the foot of the mountain.
During the walk you can enjoy the incredible views of the field and the Almodovar del Río village. When you reach the top, you can take a walk through the castle surroundings and admire its architecture and landscape.
