The Hotel Sunway Playa Golf & Spa is a beautiful hotel located in the coastal town of Sitges, a few kilometers away from the center of Barcelona. The hotel has over 130 rooms and apartments perfect for clients to have an unforgettable stay. All of them are very bright and benefit from a private terrace. • What type of events can you organize in the space? Weddings, christenings, communions, celebrations or conventions.
• Rent price (from and to): included in the price, above 80 meals. Under 80 meals, from 500 €. 
• Price of the menu per person (from and up to): Menu from 110.00 €. Menu “all included” from 132.50 € and up to 168.50 €. It is also possible to make your own menu “à la carte”
• Do you have your own cuisine? What type of food do you serve? We have our own cuisine of Mediterranean and creative style. 
• Do you provide accommodation? Yes. 
• How many rooms do you have? In the Hotel, we have 130 rooms and 8 buildings with apartments outside the hotel. 
• Number of guests (min and max) From 20 meals to 180 according to the hall chosen. What is the additional fee to pay in case the minimum number of guests has not been reached? 
• Can we organize a symbolic ceremony in the hotel? At what price? Yes, you can organize a symbolic civil ceremony from 900 € to 1,750 €, according to the type of space in which you want it to be held. 
• Do you have a time limit for celebrations? The time limit is, according to the room, but in general it is around 2:45 as the hall must be closed at 3:00. 
• Do you celebrate more than an event per day? Yes, we celebrate more than an event per day, but we always respect the privacy of each of them, and never at the same time. We coordinate the times so that the times in the common areas and the hotel access, halls or etc. do not coincide. 
• Do you have an exclusive photographer / music / florist? The DJ and the floral arrangements of the banquet are included in the price of “All Inclusive”, and  also in the Civil Ceremony. These are recommended by the Hotel at banquets that do not have the services included, as is the photographer, although we do not have exclusivity with them.
• How do you pay? When contracting the Hotel, you have to pay a first payment of 1,500€ to book the date and the spaces chosen. 180 days (6 months) before the event, you need to do the second payment of another 1,500€. 3 months before the event, you need to pay a deposit of 75% of the budget. The rest of the amount needs to be paid one week before the event. 
• Do you benefit from a facilitated access for disable people? Yes, we have an access and adapted installations for the matter. 
• Do you accept animals? We do not accept animals inside the hotel, but we do accept them on the terraces.
