A venue according to the theme
These famous unicorns don’t fit in with a classic and simple venue, but instead a world of magic and fantasy, this is why there is no better venue than a children’s farm, a space that transports the children to nature.
This venue is situated in Brunete, 20km from the centre of Madrid, hidden inside a marvellous mediterranean forest beside the regional park of the path of the Guadarrama river.
And, why is this the perfect place for a themed party? Well, because it seems like My Little Pony, since it has large green outdoor spaces and gigantic mushrooms that will make the guests feel like there are unicorns in the valley.
Furthermore, at this venue, the boys and girls can play or do activities related to these unicorns, baking, magic workshops, storytellers etc.
To make the birthday an experience!
The difference is in the details
The first thing that we will have to think about for the decorations at this kids party is the colours, and in terms of My Little Pony, the key is rainbow colours. And if we have these in pastel colours, like at Sofía’s party, the result will be even better! So, combining these colours with white so that the venue decoration isn’t too intense.

A fun photoshoot
Having this element is very simple and can bring a lot of fun and decoration to the event. At Sofía’s birthday party, it consisted of a canvas with a castle and rainbow background and was accompanied by a lot of pastel-coloured balloons, as well as a curtain with multicoloured fringes and a big number 6 for the birthday girl, covered in big and small balloons in pastel and white colours.
A very delightful table
Colour also dominated in the decoration of the table, the food, and the cake. At this table inspired by My Little Pony, we could see that the tablecloth was covered in pastel pink and blue tulle, as well as letters of the birthday girl’s name in the middle of the table.
Small-scale Ponies
Also to decorate! We couldn’t forget these characters when decorating the space, which were placed at the bottom of the table.
Food never fails!
Coloured lollipops, cupcakes decorated with rainbow-coloured icing, fruit, cookies, everything in these colours. When deciding what sweets or dishes you want for your snacks, always think about colours and rainbows.
Rainbow-coloured cupcakes are perfect for a My Little Pony kids party and very easy to make since all you need is coloured icing, just like the multi-coloured cookies with My Little Pony characters on them, because they are just cookies with rainbow-coloured clouds and unicorns.
Furthermore, you can also put jars with cotton wool clouds, macaroons, or other healthier alternatives such as a combination of fruits with cream. It is super colourful and very appetising!
You can also opt for using decorations of sweets with all the colours, just like the cake. What is a birthday without cake? Nothing!
This is why, at Sofía’s birthday party, the two-tiered cake was covered in blue fondant to simulate the sky, white for the clouds and the green of the valley, and with My Little Pony figurines at the top of the cake.

And the best thing? The horse costumes!
These fun pony costumes give a touch of make-believe, colour, fantasy and happiness to your little one’s party, and even more so if they are fans of these toys!
